Kelley started school last week. She loves it so far and seems to be doing really well. She said she really wanted to make new friends (of course!). Her first day Joey came home for lunch so I could walk her down there. She seemed to fit right in and went right to the play area. I didn't want to leave, not because I was sad, but because I wanted to stay and see how she did and what she would learn. I am so excited for her to start this part of her life and I think she will just thrive in school.
Also - I have to let the whole world know...I FINALLY got a batch of raspberry jam done!!!! And it is SO good. Never mind the corn and beans I still have to finish up and the load of stuff I will probably pick up when we go out tomorrow. I got something done...it's pretty exciting stuff for me.

I'm sad Zoie missed the deadline this year, but I don't mind that she'll be one of the older kids in her grade. I hope Kelley really enjoys it!
Good job on the jam. It looks really good.
School sounds like so much fun and I totally understand you wanting to stay and see what she is up to in school. Congrats on the Jam!
I can't believe my little Kelley is big enough to go to school! What?! I didn't think it had been that long since I was watching her and feeding her bottles that had to just be the right temp. or she would have a fit! =) And loosing teeth too!? Way to go Kelley!
