Cameron was the YM Pres and was gone more and remained constantly busier than as a bishopric member.Cameron and Noniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00314120600744527087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2199554932605247802.post-86854367698372530022009-08-03T08:20:06.511-07:002009-08-03T08:20:06.511-07:00I think the Spirit was definitely preparing you. ...I think the Spirit was definitely preparing you. When we heard whisperings of the ward split, I had the same thought about Joel, but dismissed it. But then, of course, it turned out happening. The same thing happened to me before I was called as RS President. I think we do need a little preparation for those big callings, and it's interesting how it comes.

Joey looks SO different without his goatee. Did it weird out your kids? My dad had a mustache forever until I was about 12, and then one day he shaved it off and it was really weird for me for weeks.

You're right, our Bishop is so great about not keeping the bishopric doing tons of meetings all the time. They do Tuesday night during the week, and only do other things (like girls camp or whatever) if they come up. Sundays are tough though. But you'll deal, I'm sure. Joey will be awesome in this calling!Lara Neveshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08351324888724799014noreply@blogger.com
